摘要
偶氮氯瞵-mA[2-(4-氯-2-膦酸基苯偶氮)-7-(3-乙酰苯偶氮)-1,8-二羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸)作为稀土元素高灵敏度显色剂,已有文献报导。本文用双波长分光光度法研究了偶氮氯膦-mA与钍的显色反应条件,实验证明,在0.02~0.3mol/L的盐酸介质中,偶氮氯膦-mA可与钍生成非常稳定的蓝紫色络合物,最大吸收在676nm。
The colour reaction of chlorophosphonazo-mA(CPA-mA)with Th has been investigated by dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method.In 0.02-0.3mol/L hydrochloric acid medium thorium forms a blue complex with this reagent.Beer’s law is obeyed for 0-40μg ThO_(2)/25ml.The molar absorptivity is 1.49×10^(5)L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).The molor ratio of thorium to CPA-mA in the complex remains 1:2.The complex is stable for over seven days.This method is appli-cable to the determination of thorium in rocks.
