摘要
本文利用新显色剂BPA—pSN光度测定地质样品中的微量钪。该方法显色灵敏、迅速、选择性好。其表观摩尔吸光系数为1.06×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),钪氧化物含量在0—40μg范围内符合比尔定律,是一种较有特色的测钪方法。
A new method for spectrophotometric determination of microamounts of Sc in geological samples with a new colour reagent BPA-pSN has been investigated. The molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.06×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed for oxide of Se in the range of 0~40μg/25ml. The method is rapid, sensitive and has been used for the determination of standard samples with satisfactory results.
