碎蔗尾秸秆压缩特性研究

摘要 蔗尾营养丰富,是一种低成本的饲料资源,而蔗尾饲料化是广西农户解决季节性粮食短缺最有效的一种方式。为此,利用筛网筛选出不同粉碎粒度的碎蔗尾(品种:桂糖42号)在自制压缩筒模拟卷捆室压缩状态。设计含水率、粉碎粒度、压缩速率、喂入量4个变量因素,通过4因素5水平二次通用旋转试验建立碎蔗尾最大压缩力与含水率、粉碎粒度、压缩速率、喂入量4个因素的二次回归多项式模型,得到单因素与多因素之间对最大压缩力的影响规律。分析可知:最大压缩力随着含水率增大而减少,最大压缩力随着粉碎粒度增大而增大,最大压缩力随着喂入量增大先缓慢减少最后呈现上升趋势,最大压缩力随着加载速度增大先缓慢增大最后呈现快速上升趋势。 Sugarcane tail is rich in nutrition and is a low-cost feed resource.The feeding of sugarcane tail is the most effective way for local farmers to solve the seasonal food shortage.In this paper,different crushed sugarcane tails(variety:Guitang 42)were selected by sieve screen to simulate the compression state of the bundling chamber in a self-made compression tube.Four variable factors of moisture content,crushing particle size,compression speed and feeding quantity were designed,through the quadratic general rotation test with 4 factors and 5 levels,the quadratic regression polynomial model of maximum compression force and moisture content,crushing particle size,compression rate and feeding quantity of crushed sugarcane tail was established.The influence law of single factor and multi-factor on the maximum compression force is obtained.The analysis shows that the maximum compression force decreases with the increase of moisture content,the maximum compression force increases with the increase of crushed particles,and the maximum compression force decreases slowly at first and then increases with the increase of feeding rate.The maximum compression force increases slowly at first and then increases rapidly with the increase of loading speed.
