摘要
工程施工提供的是特殊产品,产品的质量主要表现为工程的适用性、耐久性、安全性、可靠性、经济性以及与环境的协调性,因此常在施工管理各个环节中均强调工程质量的重要性。旋挖机成孔灌注桩工艺因其速度性、安全性、经济性等特点,在各类基础、边坡支护、抗滑支挡、围护等工程领域广泛应用,同时在应用中也暴露出各种大大小小的质量问题,影响工程的整体效果。论文通过对旋挖灌注桩各工序质量控制点和预防控制措施进行分析和研究,利于提高旋挖灌注桩工程质量。
The project construction provides special products,and the quality of products is mainly m a nifested in the applicability,du rability,safety,reliability,econo my a nd coordination with the environment of the project.Therefore,the importance of project quality is often emphasized in each link of construction management.Because of its speed,safety,economy and other characteristics,the bored pile technology of rotary excavator has been widely used in various foundation,slope support,anti sliding support,enclosure and other engineering fields.At the same time,various quality problems,large and small,have also been exposed in the application,affecting the overall effect of the project.The paper analyzes and studies the quality control points and preventive control measures of each process of the rotary excavation cast-in-place pile,which is conducive to improving the quality of the rotary excavation cast-inplace pile project.
