摘要
苏州中南中心项目周边环境复杂且保护要求高、对基坑变形控制要求严格,属于典型的大面积超深软土基坑工程,地下不同深度埋藏有一道微承压含水层及三道承压含水层,塔楼基底已进入承压含水层,并在苏州地区首次大规模抽取第11层承压水,同时砂质粉土层内存在夹层滞水,整体工程降水难度大。通过相似工程经验及基坑三维渗漏计算模拟分析优化降水设计方案、现场精细化降水实施、信息化监测监控等措施,尽量减小降水对周边环境的影响,确保基坑及周边环境的安全。
The surrounding environment of the Suzhou Zhongnan Center project is complex,with high protection requirements and strict requirements for the control of foundation pit deformation.It is a typical large-area ultra-deep soft soil foundation pit project.There are one micro-confined aquifer and three in the confined aquifer,the tower base has entered the confined aquifer,and the confining water of layer 11 has been extracted on a large scale for the first time in the Suzhou area.Through similar engineering experience and three-dimensional leakage calculation and simulation analysis of foundation pit,the precipitation design plan is optimized,the implementation of on-site refined precipitation,and the information monitoring and monitoring are used to minimize the impact of precipitation on the surrounding environment and ensure the safety of the foundation pit and surrounding environment.
