摘要
按照核电厂除氧器焊缝同参数制作模拟试样,在各深度埋藏常见的典型缺陷,使用衍射时差法、相控阵超声检测技术和X射线照相进行检测,与缺陷的位置、长度和高度进行比较,表明了衍射时差法和相控阵超声检测技术对焊接缺陷具有较高的检出率,较强的定位能力和定量能力,能够代替X射线完成检测要求。
According to the same parameters of the deaerator weld in nuclear power plant,the simulated test block is made,and the typical defects are buried at various depths.The time of flight diffraction,ultrasonic phased array technology and X-ray photograph are used for detection.Compared with the location,length and height of the defects,it shows that the time of flight diffraction and phased array ultrasonic detection technology have higher detection rate and stronger ability to position and quantification.They can replace X-ray to complete the inspection requirements.
