高质量发展要求下高职学生人文素质认知现状研究——基于扎根理论

摘要 人文素质是素质教育的重要组成部分,高职教育高质量发展时期需要高质量的人文素质教育。文章通过半结构化访谈,采用扎根理论范式,借用NVivo软件对原始访谈资料进行信息整理、数据编码,最后得到高职学生对人文素质内涵认知的五个核心范畴,构建了高职学生人文素质认知结构模型,提出高质量发展要求下提升高职学生人文素质的建议。 Humanities are an important component of quality education,and high-quality development ofhigher vocational education requires high-quality humanities education.Through semi-structured interviews and using the grounded theory paradigm,NVivo sofware was used to organize and code the original interview data.Finally,five core categories of vocational college students'understanding of the connotation of humanistic qualities were obtained,and a model of vocational college students'cognitive structure of humanistic qualities was constructed.Suggestions for improving vocational college students'humanistic quality education under the requirements of high-quality development were proposed.
