摘要
新工科建设要求培养具有跨学科整合能力的人才,而目前以专业进行教学组织的模式具有一定的局限性。本研究以北京联合大学机器人学院为例,以多专业课程群、单专业课程群和实践平台建设作为建立新工科人才培养模式的途径,通过在原有纵向专业组织的基础上增加横向的课程群组织,经过实践验证这种矩阵式的组织模式能够有效地进行专业融合,实现培养跨学科教育者和跨学科人才的目标。
The construction of new engineering requires the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents,but the current model of teaching organization based on majors has certain limitations.This study takes the School of Robotics at Beijing Union University as an example,using the construction of multi major course groups,single major course groups,and practical platforms as a solution to the new engineering talent training model.By adding horizontal course group organizations on the basis of the original vertical professional organization,it has been verified through practice that this matrix organizational model can effectively integrate majors and achieve the goal of cultivating interdisciplinary educators and talents.
