摘要
国际中文教育志愿者是传播好中国声音的“青年助力军”。探索志愿者岗前培训效果影响因素,可以增强志愿者项目整体效能。在扎根理论指导下,运用Nvivo 14软件对近三年的45名志愿者进行半开放式访谈,归纳总结出影响岗前培训效果的核心范畴分别是志愿者特性、管理模式、课程质量,构建了志愿者岗前培训效果影响因素(即VMC)模型。最后,从整体布局和可行性操作方面入手,对培训点提出提升策略和改善建议。
Volunteers in international Chinese education are the“youth force”to spread China’s voice well.Exploring the factors influencing the effect of volunteer pre-job training can enhance the overall effectiveness of volunteer projects.Under the guidance of grounded theory,45 volunteers are interviewed semi-open by NVIVO 14 software in the last three years,the study concludes that the key factors influencing the effect of pre-service training are the characteristics of volunteers,the management mode and the course quality,and constructs the VMC model.Finally,starting with the overall layout and feasible operation,it puts forward the promotion strategy and improvement suggestions for the training point.
