考虑源-荷不确定的抽水蓄能电站容量鲁棒优化配置

摘要 针对风—光—火—抽蓄联合发电系统中抽水蓄能电站的容量配置问题,建立了联合发电系统经济运行模型,模型旨在最小化弃风弃光量、最小化系统发电成本及最小化抽水蓄能电站建设成本及运行成本。考虑系统新能源出力及负荷的不确定性,引入min—max—min结构的两阶段鲁棒优化模型,得到新能源出力及负荷最恶劣场景下系统的最小运行成本,根据运行成本最小确定抽水蓄能电站容量。利用某一市级电网实际数据,基于列与约束生成算法对模型进行求解,计算结果验证了模型和算法的有效性,为系统的规划建设及运行提供参考。 In response to the capacity configuration problem of pumped storage power stations in wind solar thermal pumped storage combined power generation systems,an economic operation model of the combined power generation system is established.The model aims to minimize the amount of wind and solar waste,minimize the system's power generation cost,and minimize the construction and operation costs of pumped storage power stations.Considering the uncertainty of new energy output and load in the system,a two—stage robust optimization model with a min max min structure is introduced to obtain the minimum operating cost of the system in the worst scenario of new energy output and load.The capacity of pumped storage power stations is determined based on the minimum operating cost.Using actual data from a city level power grid,the model was solved based on column and constraint generation algorithm.The calculation results verified the effectiveness of the model and algorithm,providing reference for the planning,construction,and operation of the system.
