风电-抽水蓄能联合系统中抽蓄电站容量的优化规划 被引量:19

摘要 针对抽水蓄能电站容量优化规划过程中所需建立模型及其解算方法的复杂性和寻求经济性最优的单一性的问题,提出一种基于主成分分析的抽水蓄能电站容量优化规划方法。通过对抽水蓄能电站特性的分析,建立抽水蓄能电站的优化规划指标体系;根据系统调峰约束和库容约束确定抽水蓄能电站容量规划集,利用系统风电-抽水蓄能之间的协调配合关系求取不同规划容量的指标值;采用主成分分析法对各规划容量的指标值进行分析,确定最优抽水蓄能电站规划容量。实例分析结果证明了方法的正确性和可行性。 A multi-objective optimization planning method for pumped storage system based on principal component analysis is proposed to find the optimal capacity and economy of pumped storage system. Firstly,the optimal planning target system of the pumped storage system is established from the economical and technical point of view. Then,under different planning scenes,the restraint programs are calculated by using the coordination relationship between the wind power and pumped storage capacity. And then use the principal component analysis method to analyze the planning target value of each capacity to determine the optimal pumping capacity of the pumped storage system. The results of the instance analysis show the correctness and feasibility of the method.
