摘要
粮食安全事关国运民生。习近平总书记高度重视粮食安全,针对粮食安全相关理论和实践问题提出了一系列新思想、新观点,形成习近平总书记关于新时代粮食安全重要论述,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。习近平总书记关于新时代粮食安全重要论述从生成逻辑维度看,是对马克思主义经典作家的粮食安全思想、中华优秀传统文化中有关粮食安全问题的精华、党的历届主要领导人的粮食安全思想的继承与发展;从实践要求维度看,关键在于坚持藏粮于技、藏粮于地、藏粮于民;从价值维度看,习近平总书记关于新时代粮食安全的重要论述,对于保障国家安全,促进社会稳定发展具有重要理论价值与实践意义。
Food security concerns the livelihood of the country.Xi Jinping attaches great importance to food security,and puts forward a series of new thoughts and viewpoints on food security related theoretical and practical issues,forming Xi Jinping’s important discussion on food security in the new era,which is an important part of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in thenew era.From the perspective of generative logic,Xi Jinping’s important discussion on food security in the new era is the inheritance and development of the food security thoughts of classic Marxist writers,the essence of food security issues in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and the food security thoughts of the main leaders of the Communist Party of China.From the perspective of practical requirements,the key lies in adhering to the cultivation of grain in technology,land and people.From the perspective of value,it has important theoretical value and practical significance for safeguarding national security and promoting social stability and development.
