摘要
共建“一带一路”倡议,是习近平总书记着眼时代大势、以大历史观对中国之问、世界之问、人民之问、时代之问作出的回答。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记基于世界百年未有之大变局的判断,站在民族复兴的战略高度,提出了共建“一带一路”倡议,并围绕“一带一路”建设作出了一系列原创性、引领性论述。习近平关于“一带一路”建设重要论述,承继了马克思主义经典作家经济全球化思想,赓续了新中国成立以来中国共产党人重视并持续扩大对外开放工作的优良传统,立足当前全球化发展中遇到的难题和中国构建高水平对外开放格局现实需要,从科学内涵、目标任务、基本原则以及实现方式等方面系统构建了推动“一带一路”建设的理论体系,其现实价值和理论价值蕴涵丰富。习近平关于“一带一路”建设的系列论述具有重要的时代价值,完善和发展了马克思主义经济全球化理论,为新征程推进“一带一路”高质量发展提供了根本遵循,为推动全球发展治理贡献了中国智慧。
The joint construction initiative of“The Belt and Road”is General Secretary Xi Jinping's answer to the questions of China,the world,the people and the times with a broad historical perspective focusing on the general trend of the times.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward“The Belt and Road”initiative based on the judgment of the great changes unseen in a century in the world,standing at the strategic height of national rejuvenation,and made a series of original and leading expositions on the construction of“The Belt and Road”.Xi Jinping's important exposition on the construction of“The Belt and Road”inherits the Marxist classic writers'ideas on economic globalization,continues the fine tradition of the Communist Party of China since the founding of the People's Republic of China to attach importance to and continue to expand the work of opening up,based on the current problems encountered in the development of globalization and the practical needs of China's construction of a high-level opening up pattern,from the aspects of scientific connotation,objectives and tasks,basic principles and implementation methods,systematically constructs a theoretical system to promote the construction of“The Belt and Road”,and its practical value and theoretical value are rich.Xi Jinping's series of expositions on the construction of“The Belt and Road”have important value of the times,improving and developing the Marxist theory of economic globalization,provide a fundamental basis for promoting the high-quality development of“The Belt and Road”in the new journey,and contribute Chinese wisdom to promote global development governance.
