过硫酸钾与盐酸制取氯气的最佳条件探索

Exploration of the Optimal Conditions for Producing Chlorine Gas by Reacting Potassium Persulfate with Hydrochloric Acid in the Laboratory

摘要 针对目前实验室用MnO_(2)与浓HCl反应制取氯气实验存在反应物用量没有说明,反应原理学生不易理解,现象不明显等缺陷,提出了实验室用K_(2)S_(2)O_(8)与HCl反应制备氯气,并利用正交试验法探讨了实验室用K_(2)S_(2)O_(8)与HCl反应制取氯气的最佳工艺条件。实验表明:用K_(2)S_(2)O_(8)与HCl反应制取氯气,避免了MnO_(2)与浓HCl共热制取氯气实验中的缺陷,且实验现象明显,反应速率适中,完全满足了课堂演示和学生实验的要求。因此,建议中学化学教学中选用该方法为制备氯气的课堂演示实验或学生实验。 In response to the shortcomings of the current laboratory experiment using MnO_(2) to react with concentrated HCl to produce chlorine gas,such as the lack of explanation of reactant dosage,difficulty for students to understand the reaction principle,and unclear phenomena,a laboratory experiment using K_(2)S_(2)O_(8) to react with HCl to produce chlorine gas was proposed.The orthogonal experimental method was used to explore the optimal process conditions for the reaction of K_(2)S_(2)O_(8) with HCl to produce chlorine gas in the laboratory.The experiment shows that using K_(2)S_(2)O_(8) and HCl to produce chlorine gas avoids the defects in the experiment of co heating MnO_(2) with concentrated HCl to produce chlorine gas.At the same time,the phenomenon is obvious during the experiment,and the reaction rate is moderate,fully meeting the requirements of classroom demonstrations and student experiments.Therefore,it is recommended to use this method in middle school chemistry teaching as a classroom demonstration experiment or a student experiment for preparing chlorine gas.
