摘要
以活化后的拜耳法赤泥和矿粉为原料,按照70∶30的配比制备胶砂试件,研究了赤泥的活化方式及养护方式对赤泥-矿粉复合材料力学性能、水化产物及微观结构的影响。结果表明,在相同的养护制度下,800℃高温煅烧后的赤泥制成的试件强度比105℃直接干燥后的赤泥制成的试件强度高约20%,其密实度更高。在相同活化方式下,60℃热固化24 h后在20℃环境下覆膜养护的试件3 d抗压强度最高,但是会产生较为明显的裂缝,随着养护时间的延长,强度降低;标准养护制度下试件28 d抗压强度最高。
Using activated Bayer red mud and mineral powder as raw materials,mortar specimen were prepared by mixing red mud and mineral powder in a ratio of 70∶30.The study focused on the influence of activation methods of red mud and curing methods on the mechanical strength,reaction products,and microstructure of red mud-mineral powder composite materials.The results showed that under the same curing method,the mechanical strength of the specimens made from the calcined red mud at 800℃was about 20%higher than that of the specimens made from the red mud treated by direct drying at 105℃,with a higher degree of compactness.Under the same activation method,the specimen cured by heat curing at 60℃for 24 h followed by membrane curing at 20℃had the highest compressive strength at 3 d,but the specimen produced more obvious cracks,resulting in a decrease in strength of the specimens as the curing time increased,and the specimen under the standard curing method had the highest compressive strength at 28 d.
