摘要
为提高弥勒市疾病预防控制中心实验室检测能力,2023年参加了云南省市场监督局组织的酱油中氨基酸态氮、铅(以Pb计)的测定,结果反馈氨基酸态氮为满意,铅(以Pb计)为有问题。针对酱油中铅测定的不合格结果,根据中心质量管理的相关程序,查找原因,并对不符合项进行了整改,再次参加了CNAS承认的大连中食国实提供的“酱油样品中铅含量的测量审核”,检测结果为满意。
In order to improve the laboratory testing capabilities of the Mile City Center for Disease Control and Prevention,in 2023,we participated in the determination of amino acid nitrogen and lead(calculated as Pb)in soy sauce organized by the Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision Bureau.The results feedback showed that the amino acid nitrogen was satisfactory,but the lead(calculated as Pb)was problematic.In response to the unqualified result of lead determination in soy sauce,the center followed relevant quality management procedures to investigate the causes and make rectifications to the non-conforming items.They then participated in the“measurement audit of lead content in soy sauce samples”provided by CFAPA,which is recognized by CNAS.The results of the re-test were satisfactory.
