基于知识图谱分析胶体金免疫层析技术在食品检测领域中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 目的:全面深度透视胶体金免疫层析技术在我国食品检测领域的研究现状和发展趋势。方法:在中国知网搜索整理了近20年胶体金免疫层析技术在我国食品检测领域中的研究论文215篇,运用文献计量学理论,采用COOC软件进行可视化分析。通过发文年代、发文期刊、发文机构、作者、关键词几个维度,利用词云、共现网络、树形图、突现图等知识图谱,分析胶体金免疫层析技术在我国食品检测领域的研究进展。结果:根据发文年代划分了胶体金免疫层析技术在我国食品检测领域中的发展进程,通过共现网络提炼出当前头部研究机构和研究团队,对关键词进行发掘,综述了胶体金免疫层析技术检测目标物、产品等信息,并预测了今后发展的热点。结论:运用文献计量学方法,构建可视化的知识图谱,能更直观地归纳出该领域发展的特点及未来发展趋势,为该领域的研究者和使用者提供决策依据和参考借鉴。 Objective:The research status and development trend of colloidal gold immunochromatography in the field of food detection in China are comprehensively and deeply analyzed.Method:215 research papers on colloidal gold immunochromatography in the field of food detection in China in the past 20 years were searched and sorted out on China National Knowledge Infrastructure.Based on Bibliometrics theory,COOC software was used for visual analysis.The research progress of colloidal gold immunochromatography technology in the field of food detection in China is analyzed by using the knowledge graph such as wordle,co-occurrence network,tree map and burst map from the perspectives of publication year,publication journal,publication organization,author and keywords.Result:The development process of colloidal gold immunochromatography technology in the field of food detection in China is divided according to the issuing date.Through the co-occurrence network,the current head research institutions and research teams are extracted.Through the exploration of keywords,the information of colloidal gold immunochromatography for detecting target substances and products was reviewed,and the future development hot spots were predicted.Conclusion:Using bibliometrics to construct a visual knowledge graph can more intuitively summarize the development characteristics and future development trends of this field,and provide decision-making basis and reference for researchers and users in this field.
