硫酸氢钠催化合成苯甲酸甲酯工艺优化

摘要 采用苯甲酸与甲醇为原料,以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,在加热、搅拌、回流等条件下催化合成苯甲酸甲酯,考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、甲醇/苯甲酸摩尔比(简称醇酸比)和反应温度等因素对苯甲酸甲酯收率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在催化剂用量为苯甲酸质量的10.0%,反应时间为10 h,醇酸比为10∶1,反应温度为65℃,不添加吸水剂的最佳工艺条件下,硫酸氢钠催化合成苯甲酸甲酯的收率为95.03%。 Benzoic acid and methanol were used as raw materials and NaHSO_(4) as the catalyst.Methyl benzoate was synthesized through catalysts under the conditions of heating,stirring and reflux.The effects of catalyst dosage,reaction time,molar ratio of methanol to benzoic acid and reaction temperature on the yield of methyl benzoate were investigated,and the optimal process conditions were determined.The results showed that the optimal process conditions were as follows:the catalyst dosage was 10.0% of the mass of benzoic acid,the reaction time was 10 h,the ratio of alcohol to acid was 10∶1,the reaction temperature was 65℃,and no water absorbent was added.At this moment,the yield of methyl benzoate was 95.03%.
