直馏柴油加氢改质多产优质乙烯裂解原料

摘要 采用柴油缓和加氢裂化技术对直馏柴油进行改质,考察不同工艺条件对直馏柴油转化率以及加氢裂化产物性质的影响。结果表明:在反应压力为7.0MPa,体积空速为2.0h^(-1)的条件下,随着反应温度由340℃升高至350℃,直馏柴油的转化率由16%提高至50%;随着转化率的提高,全馏分柴油的芳烃指数降低,链烷烃质量分数增加;在反应温度为345℃的条件下,初馏点~91.0℃石脑油馏分段的链烷烃质量分数为78%,用作乙烯裂解原料时,乙烯收率为29.2%,乙烯+丙烯+丁二烯(三烯)收率为62.0%;大于234℃~终馏点柴油窄馏分段的链烷烃质量分数大于60%,用作乙烯裂解原料时,乙烯收率为31.9%,三烯收率为64.6%。 Straight-run diesel was modified by mild hydrocracking process.The effect of different process conditions on the conversion rate of straight-run diesel and the properties of hydrocracking products was investigated.The results showed that under the conditions of reaction pressure of 7.0 MPa and volume space velocity of 2.0 h^(-1),the conversion rate of straight-run diesel oil increased from 16%to 50%with the increasing of reaction temperature from 340℃to 350℃.With the increasing of conversion rate,the aromatics index of total distillate diesel decreased and the mass fraction of paraffin increased.Under the condition of reaction temperature of 345℃,the paraffin mass fraction of naphtha from initial distillation point to 91.0℃was 78%,and the ethylene yield was 29.2%and the triene(ethylene,propylene,butadiene)yield was 62.0%as ethylene cracking raw material.When the paraffin mass fraction of narrow fraction of diesel oil from 234℃to final distillation point was more than 60%,the ethylene yield was 31.9%and the triene yield was 64.6%as ethylene cracking raw material.
