摘要
针对重质裂解原料建立了基于GC-MS技术的详细组成的定性分析方法以及其中关键组分直链环烷烃和烷基苯含量的定量分析方法。对于有标准试样的组分,通过配制不同浓度的标准溶液,用溶液质量浓度对峰面积做图,得到线性回归方程,直接定量待测试样。对于没有标准试样的组分,根据标准试样溶液的响应因子确定各同系物组分的响应因子,然后定量。同时,对加氢尾油裂解原料的详细组成与其裂解性能之间的关系进行了初步探讨。实验结果表明,加氢尾油原料中烷基环烷烃所占的比例较大,单环环烷烃中大部分为六碳环,其侧链多为长链烷基,而三环及三环以上的环烷烃中长链的比例明显减小。裂解评价实验结果表明,当原料的族组成相近时,长直链环己烷(直链碳数大于等于5)的含量越高,乙烯、丙烯和丁二烯的总收率越高,表明环烷烃上的长链烷基参与了裂解反应。
A method for the analysis of heavy cracking feedstock composition by GC-MS technique was established, which could give detailed information on the contents of straight-chain cycloalkanes and alkylbenzenes in the feedstock. For a component with a standard sample, by preparing a standard solution with different concentration and establishing the relationship between the mass concentration of the solution and the peak area, a linear regression equation was obtained, so the component could be analyzed quantitatively. For a component without a standard sample, the response factor of the homologue component was determined according to the response factor of standard sample solution, and then the component was analyzed quantitatively. The relationship between the composition of the feedstock hydrogenated tail oil and its cracking performance was discussed. The results showed that major components in the hydrogenated tail oil were alkyl cycloalkanes, and most of the cycloalkanes with single-ring contained hexatomic rings with long alkyl chains. The pyrolysis experiment results showed that the higher the content of the long straight-chain cyclohexanes(the carbon number of straight-chain was greater than or equal to 5), the higher the total yields of ethylene, propylene and butadiene, which confirmed that the long-chain alkyls on the cycloalkanes were cracked.
