摘要
通过利用古今医案云计算平台,对杨辉主任医师运用中医药治疗头痛的处方进行数据挖掘,分析总结其用药规律,为中医药治疗头痛提供新思路。收集2017年1月1日—2022年10月31日杨师运用中医药治疗头痛的病案,将筛选出的有效处方数据录入古今医案云,采用频次计算、关联规则、聚类分析等方法进行统计分析。研究发现,杨辉教授治疗内伤头痛的中医病机可归纳为肝实脾虚,治疗主要以健脾和中、养血平肝为法,兼以宁心安神为法。
By utilizing the ancient and modern medical case cloud computing platform,data mining was conducted on Dr.Yang Hui’s prescription for treating headaches with traditional Chinese medicine,and the medication patterns were analyzed and summarized,providing new ideas for the treatment of headaches with traditional Chinese medicine.Collect medical records of Yang Shi’s use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat headaches from January 1,2017 to October 31,2022.Input the selected effective prescription data into the ancient and modern medical record cloud,and use frequency calculation,association rules,cluster analysis and other methods for statistical analysis.Research has found that Professor Yang Hui’s traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis for treating internal injury headaches can be summarized as liver excess and spleen deficiency.The treatment mainly focuses on strengthening the spleen,nourishing blood,and calming the liver,as well as calming the heart and mind.
