摘要
“堆豗”一词的词形首见于宋代,但用法已较为成熟。许多断代辞书对其进行了解释,但大多只收录了“困顿、疲软的样子”一个义项,目前尚无关于“堆豗”一词语源的讨论。文章经过考察与分析,通过因声求义的方法,认为“堆豗”实际上是由含有“病”“肿”“下坠”义素的同义式复合词“瘣穨”变化而来,并引申出“因病疲困以致无精打采”与“(病态的)痈肿”两个义项。同时通过检索《汉语方言大词典》,发现由“瘣穨”派生的一系列词形依然使用于现代汉语方言中。
The morphology of the word“Dui Hui(堆豗)”first appeared in the Song Dynasty,and its usage has been relatively mature.Many chronological dictionaries have explained it for this reason,but most of them only include the meaning of“tired and weak appearance”,and there is no discussion on the etymology of“Dui Hui(堆豗)”at present.After investigation and analysis,through the method of seeking righteousness by voice,the article believes that“Dui Hui(堆豗)”actually comes from the change of the synonymous compound word“Hui Tui(瘣穨)”containing the sememes of“disease”,“swollen”and“drop”,and extends the two meanings of“lethargy due to illness”and“(morbid)carbuncle swelling”.At the same time,by searching the Dictionary of Chinese Dialects,it is found that a series of word forms derived from“Hui Tui(瘣穨)”are still used in modern Chinese dialects.
