摘要
探讨基于决策导向评价的多学科协作团队教学模式在肠造口护理教学中的应用效果,为提高外科造口护理教学质量提供参考。研究结果表明,该模式有助于提升护生实习成绩、造口护理核心能力、共情能力和教学满意度,值得进一步推广应用。
Exploring the application effect of a multidisciplinary collaborative team teaching model based on decision oriented evaluation in enterostomy nursing teaching,to provide reference for improving the quality of surgical stoma nursing teaching.The research results indicate that this model helps to improve nursing students′internship performance,core skills in stoma nursing,empathy,and teaching satisfaction,and is worth further promotion and application.
