层链式护理联合PDCA循环对重症肺炎患儿生活质量的影响

摘要 目的探讨层链式护理联合PDCA循环对重症肺炎患儿生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月汶上县人民医院收治的100例重症肺炎患儿为研究对象,按抽签法分为观察组、对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予层链式护理联合PDCA循环护理,比较两组临床指标、生活质量。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组,观察组发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组生活质量评分均升高,且观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层链式护理联合PDCA循环能够改善重症肺炎患儿的生活质量,促进症状缓解,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of layered chain nursing combined with PDCA cycle on the quality of life in children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with severe pneumonia in Wenshang County People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given layered chain nursing combined with PDCA cycle nursing.The clinical indexes and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results The length of hospitalization in the observation group was sho rter than that in the control group,and the improvement time of fever,cough and pulmonary rales in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score in both groups increased,and the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Layered chain nursing combined with PDCA cycle can improve the quality of life in children with severe pneumonia and promote the relief of symptoms,which is worthy of promotion.
