摘要
目的调查分析我院儿科支气管肺炎住院患者抗菌药使用情况,为临床合理选用抗菌药提供参考。方法选取212例儿科支气管肺炎患者作为调查对象,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果我院支气管肺炎住院患儿抗菌药物使用率为100.00%,使用的抗菌药物共有22种,DDDs排前三名的分别是注射用阿奇霉素、注射用头孢唑肟钠、依托红霉素混悬液。结论我院儿科住院患儿抗茵药物应用基本合理,但存在选药起点高,药物更换、联合用药方案不合理等问题,应当进一步加强儿科临床抗菌药物合理使用的管理,保证患者用药安全。
Objective To investigate and analyze the use of antibacterial drugs in hospitalized patients with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital,and to provide reference for the rational use of antibacterial drugs.Methods A total of 212 patients with pediatric bronchial pneumonia were enrolled and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The antibacterial use rate of hospitalized children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital was 100.00%,and there were 22 antibiotics used.The top three DDDs were azithromycin for injection,ceftizoxime sodium for injection,and erythromycin suspension liquid.Conclusion The application of anti-infective drugs in hospitalized children in our hospital is basically reasonable,but there are problems such as high starting point of drug selection, unreasonable drug replacement,and unreasonable drug combination.It is necessary to further strengthen the management of rational use of clinical antibiotics in pediatrics to ensure the safety of patients.
