电解槽电压在线测量装置开发与应用

Development and Application of Voltage Monitoring Device for Electrolytic Cell

摘要 电解法是湿法冶金的关键技术,但复杂的环境因素和工艺干扰因素制约着电解槽电压在线测量装置的发展,影响数字化电解槽系统建设。本文经过研究分析电解槽结构以及等效电路和干扰因素,设计了一款能够有效抑制不规则浪涌电压和高频干扰的槽电压采集器,并结合智能算法提高了装置可靠性和安全性。实验数据表明,该装置的测量精度小于±0.03V,数据稳定、准确。基于该装置建设的电解槽电压在线监测系统成功应用于生产,进行参数实时监测、分析和预警。 Electrolysis is the key technology of hydrometallurgy,but complex environmental factors and process interference factors restrict the development of electrolytic cell voltage measurement device and affect the construction of digital electrolytic cell system.After studying and analyzing the cell structure,equivalent circuit and interference factors,a cell voltage collector which can effectively suppress irregular surge voltage and high-frequency interference is propose to design in this paper.The experimental data show that:the measuring accuracy of the device is less than 0.03V,and the data is stable and accurate.The online system for monitoring electrolytic cell voltage basing on this device has been successfully applied in production to carry out real-time monitoring,analysis and early warning of parameters.
