摘要 以某厂电解车间为例,从几个影响槽压的关键因素入手进行了试验,探索了降低槽电压上的可行措施。研究表明:提高电解液单槽流量、降低系统铜质量浓度、提高系统酸浓、提前对接触点浇酸刷洗、更换导电梁的不锈钢阴极板等有助于降低电解槽电压。 Taking a tank house of a smelter as an example,the experiment was carried out from several key factors of affecting the cell voltage,and the paper makes a study of the feasible measures to reduce the cell voltage.The results show that the methods of increasing the flow rate of single electrolyte cell,reducing the mass concentration of copper in the system,increasing the acid concentration of the system,pouring acid and washing the contact points in advance,and replacing the stainless steel cathode plate of the conductive beam are helpful to reduce the electrolytic cell voltage.
