初中临界生教育转化:理论逻辑与实践探索

摘要 初中临界生教育转化是推动义务教育更优质均衡发展的必然要求,是落实立德树人融入教育各环节的重要体现,是助力初中临界生全面自由发展的现实需要。基于教育促进人发展的理论,经过十年实践探索教育界创建了临界生转化“两心三励四法”,秉承育人育心、德智融合、全员参与的临界生教育转化新理念,教师应采取立体评价、做好初中临界生的确定工作,多措并举、提升初中临界生的转化力度,持续关注、巩固初中临界生的转化效果等措施推进临界生知识、能力与素质齐发展,引导临界生突破现有发展水平。 Education transformation of critical students in junior middle school is an inevitable requirement to promote better quality and balanced development of compulsory education,an important embodiment of the integration of moral education into all aspects of education,and a realistic need to help the comprehensive and free development of critical students in junior middle school.Based on the theory that education promotes human development,after ten years of practice and exploration,we have established the model of“two thoughts,three incentives and four methods”for critical student transformation;we adhere to the new concepts of critical student education transformation—the cultivation of morality and mind,the integration of morality and wisdom,and the full participation of all students,promote the development of critical students’knowledge,ability and quality,and guide them to break through the current development level.
