摘要
党的二十大提出,中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化。在共同富裕的背景下,农业供应链不仅要加速“延链、补链、壮链、强链”、拓展产业的增值优势,也要不断发挥对乡村发展的积极作用,促进乡村振兴。乡村振兴是实现共同富裕的必然要求,而农业供应链与乡村社区的整合是共同富裕的农业供应链治理的核心。然而,农业供应链是以消费者需求为导向,以提高农产品生产、加工、物流、销售等环节的质量和效率为目标,并不能确保乡村社区发展和社会公平;共同富裕的理念,迫切需要二者超越发展目标的错位,促进实践过程的整合。为了促进农业供应链治理与乡村发展协同推进,采用概念建构的研究方式,基于农业供应链与乡村社区的多元关系,提炼出“交易逻辑”和“革新逻辑”两种互动模式,形成财富导向和社区导向的农业供应链治理框架。这不仅有助于促进农业供应链与乡村发展良性互动,也为农业产业驱动的乡村振兴提供了理论和实践指导,推动共同富裕的农业现代化。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that the agricultural supply chain should not only accelerate“chain extension,chain reinforcement,chain strengthening”and expand the value-added advantages of the industry,but also play a positive role in rural development,promote rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity.However,existing domestic and foreign literatures ignore the integration of agricultural supply chain governance and rural community development,which intensifies the dislocation between agricultural supply chain development and rural development.To integrate the two different fields of agricultural supply chain governance and rural development,this paper adopts the research method of concept construction,based on the diversified relationship between the agricultural supply chain and rural communities.It refines the integration concept of“transaction value”and“innovation value”,forming a wealth-oriented and community-oriented agricultural supply chain governance framework.This paper not only helps promote the positive interaction between agricultural supply chain and rural development but also provides theoretical and practical guidance for rural revitalization driven by agricultural industry,and promotes agricultural modernization with shared development.
