摘要
发展以芦苇秸秆为食用菌基质的芦苇蘑产业,是促使芦苇产业转型升级的有效途径。采用SWOT分析方法,深入分析了河北省芦苇蘑产业发展的优势、劣势、机会与挑战,构建特色产业芦苇蘑发展SWOT矩阵,提出了加强产学研合作,为产业发展提供技术支撑;培育龙头企业,带动芦苇蘑产业发展;持续关注市场需求,增强芦苇蘑品牌竞争力的对策建议。
The development of mushroom industry using reed straw as the substrate is an effective way to promote the transformation and upgrading of the reed industry.Using the SWOT analysis method,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of the development of mushroom industry using reed straw in Hebei Province were analyzed.A SWOT matrix for the development of characteristic mushroom industry using reed straw was constructed.The suggestions were proposed such as strengthening industry university research cooperation to provide technical support for industrial development,cultivating leading enterprises and driving the development of the mushroom industry using reed straw,continuously monitoring market demand and enhancing the brand competitiveness of reed mushroom.
