电动给水泵转速异常波动消减装置的设计与应用

摘要 电动给水泵在运行过程中转速异常波动,开展现场影响因素排查及原因分析后得知,工作油管路排气不充分,造成大量气泡进入液力耦合器的勺管中进行做功,影响液力耦合器勺管正常运作,这是造成电动给水泵转速异常波动,甚至引起汽包液位低报警故障的主因。为此,在电动给水泵的进油管上设计安装了一套排气装置,包括油气分离机构和排气机构两部分,通过机械原理实现油气分离,气体能够从排气机构的排气阀顺利排出,而油液可以通过专门设计的管路回流至给水泵组件中。试验表明,安装了该排气装置后,电动给水泵转速在50%~70%负荷运行区间内的波动较为稳定,始终保持在200r/min以内,从而消除了因工作油管路排气不充分造成转速异常波动甚至引起汽包液位低报警的故障。 In response to the issue of abnormal speed fluctuations during the operation of the electric water supply pump,on-site investigation and cause analysis were conducted to identify the factors that affected the operation.It was found that the exhaust of the working oil pipeline was insufficient,causing a large number of bubbles to enter the scoop tube of the hydraulic coupling for work,affecting the normal operation of the scoop tube of the hydraulic coupling.This is the main cause of abnormal speed fluctuations in the electric water supply pump,and even causing a low liquid level alarm fault in the steam drum.For this purpose,a set of exhaust device was designed and installed on the oil inlet pipe of the electric feed pump,including an oil gas separation unit and an exhaust unit.Then,the oil gas separation was achieved through mechanical principles,and the gas was smoothly discharged from the exhaust valve of the exhaust unit,while the oil returned to the feed pump component through a specially designed pipeline.The test results showed that after the installation of the exhaust device,the fluctuation speed of the electric feed pump was stable within the operating range of 50%-70% load,maintaining within 200 r/min.Thus,the fault of abnormal fluctuation speed as well as low liquid level alarm caused by insufficient exhaust of the working oil pipeline was eliminated.
