摘要
针对某发电厂发电机组正常运行过程中突发出现汽包液位低报警,现场检查发现电动给水泵转速存在异常波动状况。经过后续研究以及故障分析,得出转速异常波动主要原因为:工作油管路上未设置专用排气装置,导致工作油管路排气不充分,使油路系统中存在大量气泡,进而造成转速大幅度波动变化。为降低电动给水泵的转速波动范围,设计一种气液分离装置,试验结果表明工作油系统在运行中充分排气,减少了混入的空气对勺管进行不必要的做功,转速异常波动现象得以消除。
In view of the sudden low drum liquid level alarm of the generator unit in a power plant during normal operation,the on-site inspection found that there was abnormal fluctuation in the speed of the electric feed pump.After follow-up research and fault analysis,it is concluded that the main reason for the abnormal fluctuation of speed was that there was no special exhaust device on the working oil pipeline,resulting in insufficient exhaust of the working oil pipeline.Thus,there were a lot of bubbles in the oil circuit system,which caused the speed to fluctuate greatly.In order to reduce the speed fluctuation range of electric feed water pump,a gas-liquid separation device is designed.The test results show that the working oil system is fully vented during operation,which reduces the unnecessary work of mixed air on the scoop tube,and eliminates the abnormal fluctuation of speed.
