摘要
公路项目成本管理关系到企业的经济效益与企业的可持续发展,公路总承包企业只有加强项目的成本控制,才能在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟。基于此,文章通过文献梳理与咨询相关学者,建立了公路项目成本控制影响因素评价指标体系,通过设计问卷、发放问卷获取了基础数据,并用结构方程模型(SEM)对评价指标体系进行了检验。研究得出人员方面因素对公路项目成本控制影响最大等结论,为公路项目成本管理与控制提供新的思路与方法。
The cost management of highway projects is related to the economic benefits of enterprises and their sustainable development.Only by strengthening the cost control of projects can highway general contracting enterprises maintain a firm footing in the fierce market competition.It is established an evaluation index system for the influencing factors of highway project cost control through literature review and consultation with relevant scholars.On this basis,questionnaires are designed to obtain basic data and tests the evaluation index system using the structural equation model(SEM).The study concludes that personnel factors have the greatest impact on the cost control of highway projects.The research findings provide new ideas and methods for cost management and control of highway projects in China.
