摘要
目的探讨中医体质辨识联合六味地黄汤治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月武穴市第一人民医院收治的100例老年性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医体质辨识联合六味地黄汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后阴道健康程度、临床症状及体征改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组阴道黏膜状态、阴道pH值及阴道清洁度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组带下量、外阴瘙痒、阴道灼热、白带异味及性交疼痛积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医体质辨识联合六味地黄汤治疗老年性阴道炎后效果显著,可显著改善患者阴道健康程度、临床症状以及体征,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution identification combined with Liu Wei Di Huang tang in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods 100 elderly patients with vaginitis admitted to the Wuxue First People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cas-es in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Traditional Chi-nese Medicine constitution identification combined with Liu Wei Di Huang tang on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,vaginal health,clinical symptoms,and signs improvement before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal elasticity,vaginal wetness,vaginal mucosal status,vaginal pH value,and vaginal cleanliness scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vaginal discharge,external genital itching,vaginal burning,vaginal discharge odor,and sexual inter-course pain of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differenc-es were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution identification combined with Liu Wei Di Huang tang has significant effect on the treatment of senile vaginitis,which can significantly improve the vaginal health,clinical symptoms,and physical signs of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
