摘要
目的 分析老年性阴道炎(SV)患者使用甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗的临床效果。方法 选取62例SV患者,按照住院时间单双号分为A组(31例,采用甲硝唑栓治疗)和B组(31例,采用甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗),比较两组临床效果。结果 B组治疗总有效率96.77%高于A组的74.19%(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组中医症状积分、临床指标较治疗前显著改善,且B组优于A组(P<0.05)。结论 SV患者使用甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗,能更好地改善临床症状和性激素水平,效果显著且安全性高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment on senile vaginitis(SV).Methods 62 patients with SV were selected and divided into group A(31 cases,treated with metronidazole suppository) and group B(31 cases,treated with metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment) according to the odd or even number of hospital stays.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group B was 96.77% higher than that of group A(74.19%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores and clinical indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and group B was better than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion SV patients treated with metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment can better improve clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels,with significant effect and high safety.
