摘要
为了响应国家节能减排的政策方向,国能三河发电有限责任公司二期两台机组脱硫系统进行了设备改造,环保参数满足国家相关环保排放要求。在此前提下对脱硫系统的出力能力、具体的设备实际情况等进行分析,提出了脱硫系统优化运行的方案,实现脱硫系统单台浆液循环泵或者单母线两台小容量浆液循环泵的不同优化运行方式。该方案在实际生产中起到了节能降耗的作用,提高了设备运行可靠性。
In response to the national policy direction of energy conservation and emission reduction,the desulfurization system of two units in Phase II of Sanhe Power Generation Co.,Ltd.was reformed,and the environmental protection parameters met the relevant national environmental protection emission requirements.On this basis,the specific actual conditions of the desulfurization system were analyzed,and the optimal operation scheme of the desulfurization system was proposed in this article.This scheme realized the different optimized operation modes of single slurry circulating pump or two small capacity slurry circulating pumps of single bus in the desulfurization system.It had played a role in energy saving and consumption reduction in actual production,and improved the reliability of equipment operation.
