摘要
针对英格索兰SM110无油螺杆空压机日常运行出现的机头锈蚀、冷却器进口管线连接处断裂、主电机过载等典型故障,根据无油螺杆空压机的工作原理,深入分析空压机频繁出现故障原因,对空压机运行方式进行深入探讨,通过平衡压缩空气供耗气量的方式实现单台空压机连续加载运行,避免空压机频繁加载卸载,为无油螺杆空压机的典型故障处理和预防提供了新思路。
Aiming at typical failures such as head corrosion,cooler inlet pipeline connection fracture,and main motor overload during daily operation of Ingersoll Rand SM110 oil free screw air compressor,based on the working principle of the oil free screw air compressor,in-depth analysis was conducted on the causes of frequent failures of the air compressor,and in-depth discussion was conducted on the operation mode of the air compressor.By balancing the air supply and consumption of compressed air,continuous loading operation of a single air compressor was achieved,avoiding frequent loading and unloading of air compressors.It has provided a new idea for typical troubleshooting and prevention of oil free screw air compressors.
