摘要
为保证食用菌品质,本文选取唐山市售的香菇、金针菇、栗蘑、杏鲍菇和白玉菇5种主要食用菌,对食用菌的重金属污染展开调查。结果表明,5种食用菌中,除镉外,其余重金属含量均低于国家标准中的安全限量值。
In order to ensure the quality of edible fungi,five main edible fungi,namely shiitake mushroom,Flammulina velutipes,Chestnut mushroom,Pleurotus eryngii and White jade mushroom,were selected in this paper to investigate the heavy metal pollution of edible fungi.The results showed that,except for cadmium,the contents of the other heavy metals in the 5 edible fungi were all lower than the safety limit value in the national standard.
