摘要
目的探讨Friedman家庭评估模式在脑损伤患儿康复护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月山东省东明县人民医院收治的76例脑损伤患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组(38例)与试验组(38例)。参照组采用常规出院指导,试验组在参照组基础上采用Friedman家庭评估模式,比较两组智力与运动发展情况。结果试验组干预1、3个月后智力、运动发展能力评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Friedman家庭评估模式在脑损伤患儿康复护理中的应用效果较好,有利于提高患儿的智力水平和运动能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of Friedman family assessment model in rehabilitation nursing of children with brain injury.Methods A total of 76 children with brain injury admitted to Dongming County People’s Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the reference group(38 cas es)and the experim ental group(38 cas es)according to the random number table method.The reference group received conventional discharge guidance,and the experimental group received Friedman family assessment model on the basis of the reference group.The development of intelligence and motor of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of intelligence and motor development ability after 1 and 3 months of intervention in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Friedman family assessment model in rehabilitation nursing of children with brain injury is better,which is beneficial to improve the intelligence level and motor ability of children.
