摘要
伴随产业结构升级和城市更新政策的落地,广州众多老旧工业建筑面临着物理空间改造和功能置换。本文结合工程实例,介绍了某开敞式老旧工业建筑在原始设计资料缺失状况下的外立面封闭改造设计思路,提出了通过制定合理的鉴定目标以取得上部结构数据,通过钻探、现场开挖、原位试验等方式取得地基和基础资料;为减轻对主体结构的影响,建筑围护结构采用了单片悬臂框架自抗风方案,并验算柱下基础的抗倾覆稳定性;提出了一种可显著减少焊缝的受压杆件稳定性加固方法,供类似工程参考。
Based on a real engineering,a closed modification reinforcement design is introduced for an open monolayer industrial factory building whose original data is missed.Advice is presented that the data of the upside structures can be obtained by detailed identifications and the ground and foundation data can be obtained by drilling,excavating and testing in-situ.A sheet wind self-resisting cantilever frame is recommended as the enclosure wall for reducing the influence to the main structure.The overturning stability should be evaluated for the pillar foundation.A reinforcing method of compression stability is proposed for reference,which can apparently reduce welding.
