摘要
单层厂房内部加建夹层通常有两种方案,其一为新建夹层与原厂房结构之间设抗震缝脱开,其二为新建夹层框架梁与原厂房排架柱按刚接设计连为整体。前者存在新老结构依据不同规范标准设计,抗震安全度不同的问题,且新老结构间抗震缝宽度较大,影响后期维护及抗震安全。后者存在原厂房结构排架柱及其与夹层连接节点等均须按框架结构要求加固、顶层横向刚度不足等问题,导致加固量大及造价较高。提出了结合消能减震设计的结构方案,即新建夹层框架梁与原厂房排架柱按铰接设计,并在顶层两端分别增设杆件式粘滞阻尼器,以解决顶层横向刚度不足的问题。并以某单层厂房的改建设计为例进行了小震弹性分析及大震弹塑性分析比较,证明本文提出的方案加固量小,能够满足现行抗震规范要求,对同类单层厂房加层改建工程有借鉴意义。
There are usually two schemes for adding mezzanine inside single-story factory building,one is to separate the seismic joint between the new mezzanine and the original factory building structure,the other is that the frame beam of new mezzanine and the original factory building bent column are connected as a whole according to the rigid design.The former has the problems of new and old structures designed according to different specifications and different seismic safety degrees,and the width of seismic joints between new and old structures is large,which affects the later maintenance and seismic safety.In the latter,there are some problems,such as the frame column of the original factory building and the connection joint with the mezzanine,which must be strengthened according to the requirements of the frame structure,and the transverse stiffness of the top floor is insufficient,which leads to the large amount of reinforcement and the high cost.The structural scheme of energy dissipation design was put forward,that is,the new mezzanine frame beam was hinged with the original factory building frame column,and the rod viscous damper was added at both ends of the top floor to solve the problem of insufficient transverse stiffness of the top floor.Taking the reconstruction design of a single-story factory building as an example,the elastic analysis of small earthquake and the analysis of elastic plasticity of large earthquake were carried out.It is proved that the proposed scheme has a small amount of reinforcement and can meet the requirements of the current seismic code.
