摘要
比较不同使用规模TS-1、MWW、HTS分子筛催化剂性能可知:中国石化HTS工业规模催化剂H_(2)O_(2)转化率98.5%,PO选择性98.5%,PO收率97.0%,处于国际领先水平。采用中国石化自动切换串联反应器模式专利技术,反应器切换时间从120~300 s降低到0.1s。生产规模100~600 kt·a^(-1)环氧丙烷HPPO工业装置设置反应器数量2~12台,折算二氧化碳减排量147.76~5 319.30 tCO_(2)·a^(-1)。随着HPPO工业装置生产规模增加,二氧化碳减排量提高幅度400.17%。今后应重点研发HPPO工业装置大型环氧化反应器和大型分离设备,从而解决大型HPPO生产装置“工程放大效应”问题。
Comparing the performance of TS-1,MWW and HTS molecular sieve catalysts of different product scales,it can be seen that Sinopec's HTS industrial scale catalyst has a H_(2)O_(2) conversion rate of 98.5%,PO selectivity of 98.5%and PO yield of 97.0%,which is at the international leading level.Using the Sinopec's patented technology of automatic switching tandem reactor mode,the reactor switching time is reduced from 120~300 s to 0.1s.A production scale of 100~600 kt·a^(-1) HPPO industrial propylene oxide plant is equipped with 2~12 reactors,the carbon dioxide emission reduction is 147.76~5319.30 tCO_(2)·a^(-1).With increase the production scale of HPPO industrial plant and the reduction of carbon dioxide emission has increased by 400.17%.In the future,emphasis should be placed on the research and development of large-scale epoxidation reactor and separation equipment for HPPO industrial plant,in order to solve the problem of"engineering amplification effect"in large-scale HPPO production plant.
