摘要
为了保证所设计的截割头不仅可以满足高效的掘进效率,而且具有耐磨等特性,在对掘进机截割机理进行研究的基础上,以EBH-132型掘进机为研究对象,重点对掘进机截割不同硬度煤岩层下,对不同截割转速以及不同横摆速度对掘进机截割煤岩层时所承受的动态载荷和负载扭矩、功率等指标进行综合分析,所得结论将指导掘进机截割头参数的改进设计。
In order to ensure that the designed cutting head can not only meet the high efficient digging efficiency,but also has wear-resistant characteristics,based on the cutting mechanism of the roadheader,taking the EBH-132 roadheader as an example,we focus on the cutting of different hardness of coal and rock seams,and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the effect of different cutting speeds and different pendulum speeds on the dynamic load and load torque of coal and rock seams,as well as on the indicators of the cutting power.The results will guide the improvement of the design of the cutting head parameters of the roadheader.
