摘要
为解决装载机无法在易燃、易爆、有毒、有辐射等危险场合下工作,及驾驶员劳动强度大等难题,采用AMEsim软件分析的方法设计了一种装载机遥控的方式和系统,利用AMEsim建立了系统的机电液耦合模型,通过使用AMEsim中的信号模块参数设置来模拟遥控信号输入,然后对装载机的遥控系统进行了仿真.结果表明:仿真结果与提前设置的参数信号所对应的状态相符,证明了这种新型的装载机设计方案的可行性.
This paper proposed a kind of remote control method and system about loader through the method ofAMEsim software analysis in order to solve the problems that the loader can not work in flammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive and other dangerous situations and great labour intensity for driver. This study established the hydraulic-electrical-mechanical coupling model by AMEsim, and used signal module of AMEsim to simulate the remote input signals, then did simulation on the loader remote control system. The results show that the simulation results are same to the signal parameters which were set in advance, So this new type of loader design scheme is feasible. It can provide theoretical basis for the design of the loader with remote control.
