摘要
文中以芹坂村为例,在明确发展导向的前提下,落实上位规划传导,盘活闲置资源、集约节约用地,补齐基础短板、完善公服配套,合理划分产业空间、预留发展用地,从历史文化保护与活化利用等方面对村庄空间布局进行优化,激发村庄内在发展活力,为乡村振兴奠定了扎实基础。
Taking Qinban Village as an example in the article,under the premise of clear development direction,implementing upper level planning transmission,revitalizing idle resources,intensive land conservation,flling basic shortcomings,improving public service facilities,reasonably dividing industrial space,reserving development land,historical and cultural protection and revitalization utilization,etc.,the spatial layout of the village is optimized,thereby stimulating the internal development vitality of the village and laying a solid foundation for achieving rural revitalization.
