摘要
针对目前运筹学教学中教学内容固化,实践教学不足,教学和考核方式单一等问题,结合网络课程平台构建C-PBL混合教学模式.通过建立和运用案例库、实际问题库和知识库,实施“案例聚焦-问题导向-协作研讨-综合评价-反馈优化”的一体化闭环式教学策略,实现了“四个结合”,即线上教学与线下教学相结合,理论教学与实践教学相结合,常规教学资源与地区经济热点相结合,自主学习与协作学习相结合,提升了学生对运筹学的关注度与参与度,有助于培养学生的数学思维能力,创新意识和实践能力.
Under the background of knowledge-based economy,the demand for innovative talent training is more and more vigorous.College students'comprehensive quality and compound ability are more and more important in the modern society.In this article,the author take Principles of Management Course as an example,attempt to face the teaching pain point through a series of teaching reforms,such as reconstructing the knowledge system,optimizing teaching cases,and creating the applied scenes of knowledge to stress that students are the main body of teaching activities,to break the students'usual passive learning methods,and to guide the students to set up the conception of“Application in practice and comprehension in application”and change“Knowledge classroom”into“Ability classroom”,and finally reach the maximum boundary of this course to students'high-level ability training.
