摘要
为解决S企业门扇生产线平衡性差、效率低等问题,本文从定性与定量相结合的角度提出了优化方案。首先,采用传统工业工程方法对生产线进行定性改善;然后,建立以生产节拍最小化为目标的0~1整数规划模型,并利用Lingo软件进行求解;最后,通过对比生产线平衡指标以及Flexsim仿真,验证了方案的有效性。结果表明,该方案使生产线平衡率由51.04%提高至84.73%,平滑性指数由15.65下降至3.35,月模拟产能由350扇提升至570扇,对提高企业效率、增强企业竞争力具有重要意义。
In order to solve the problem of poor balance and low efficiency of the door production line of S enterprise,in this paper,the optimization scheme was put forward from the angle of combining qualitative and quantitative.Firstly,the traditional industrial engineering method was used to improve the production line qualitatively.Then,the 0~1 integer programming model with the goal of minimizing the production time was established and solved by Lingo software.Finally,the effectiveness of the scheme was verified by comparing the balance index of the production line and Flexsim simulation.The results showed that the scheme increased the balance rate of the production line from 51.04%to 84.73%,the smoothness index decreased from 15.65 to 3.35,and the monthly simulated production capacity increased from 350 to 570,which was of great significance for improving enterprise efficiency and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.
