摘要
建设社会主义现代化农村的主体是新型职业农民,在农业生产现代化转型的过程中,技术爆炸发展的当代,农业生产对从业者素质有着极高的要求,新型职业农民应运而生,其拥有现代化的技能和素养,契合我国的农业的现代化需求。在新型职业农民培育的过程中,职业院校作为主阵地在办学理念、学校规模、学科结构和精神建构方面还存在着种种不足。克服这些问题需要对症下药,在顶层设计上不断完善政策制定,办学模式上开放多元,价值取向上真正为农,以此构建以新型职业农民培养为导向的农村职业教育发展路径。
The main force of building socialist modernized rural areas is the new type professional farmers.In the process of modernizing agricultural production,the contemporary agriculture with explosive technological development asks for extreme-ly high requirements for the quality of practitioners.The emergence of new type professional farmers meets the modernization needs of China's agriculture with modern skills and literacy.In the process of cultivating new type professional farmers,there are various shortcomings in the school philosophy,scale,discipline structure and spiritual construction of rural vocational colleges as the main battlefield.To overcome these problems,targeted measures are needed,including continuous improve-ment of policies at the top-level design,opening up multi-dimensionally in educational models,truly serving the farmers in thinking,and positioning values correctly,in order to construct a development path of rural vocational education guided by the cultivation of new type professional farmers.
