受品牌授权自身特点和事业单位性质影响,博物馆实施品牌授权项目存在经济、法律和社会效益风险。为此,博物馆可采取相应措施有效防范品牌授权风险:对内完善知识产权管理,建立严格有序的项目、产品及合同审查制度;对外完善监管,监督被授权方对项目的宣传和执行情况等。
Because of the peculiar feature of brand licensing and the nature of public institutions,a museum may face economic,legal and social-benefit risks in implementing brand licensing projects.To efficiently prevent these potential risks,measures can be taken within the museum by improving intellectual property management and establishing a strict and orderly examination system for projects,products and contracts.External measures can be taken in strengthening regulations and supervising the licensee's publicity and project performance.
