摘要
西方现代化是资本逻辑主导下资本主义全球扩张的必然结果。中国立足本国实际,通过驾驭资本逻辑走出了一条具有本国特色的中国式现代化道路。当前,市场经济是世界市场的通行制度,资本主义世界体系呈现“中心-半边缘-边缘”的结构,国际经济秩序和规则基本上是由发达资本主义国家制定。面对资本的二重性,中国进行了一系列驾驭资本逻辑的实践探索,如,建立理性和法治化的市场经济规范,充分发挥政府宏观调控作用,建设高质量社会保障体系等。新时代,中国式现代化以马克思主义为指导,在坚持党的领导、坚持以人民为中心的价值导向、坚持和平发展等方面,进行了超越资本逻辑的创新性探索。
Western modernization is the inevitable result of the global expansion of capitalism under the domination of the logic of capital.China,based on its own reality,has taken a path to modernization with China's own characteristics by controlling the logic of capital.At present,the market economy is the prevailing system in the world market,and the capitalist world system presents the structure of"core,semi-periphery and periphery".The international economic order and rules are basically formulated by developed capitalist countries.In the face of the duality of capital,China has conducted a series of practical explorations to control the logic of capital,such as establishing a market economy specification for rational and rule of law,giving full play to the government's role in macro-control,and building a high-quality social security system.In the new era,Chinese path to modernization,under the guidance of Marxism,conducts innovative explorations in transcending the logic of capital in the aspects such as adhering to the Party's leadership,adhering to the people-centered value orientation,and adhering to peaceful development.
